Oops, Sorry!

Sorry everyone! It's been exactly 4 months since i last updated.

Was busy this few months and was not able to update, i almost lost the password too!

Thank god i managed to get in or i will kill myself. Haha.

So for a fresh start, i have changed the layout, hope you all will like it =)
You can actually navigate around, but most of the pages aren't up yet, i will inform you duely when everything is fully up. Currently, only the Links and About Site page is up.

Okay, i'm sorry for not updating you with the Uber Cup action in May where our girls managed to get into the Top 8, and for not bringing you upclose to the AVIVA Singapore Open which concluded recently. Our shuttlers did not perform up to expectations, especially our mixed doubles Li Yujia/Hendri Saputra and Women's Doubles Li Yujia/Jiang Yanmei. However, Ronald Susilo mananged to thrill the homecrowds by getting into the quarter-finals where he lost to the eventual winner Peter Gade.
The scratch pair of Hendri Saputra/Hendra Wijaya was the shocker of the tournament, being unseeded and unfancied, they fought of the seeded pair of Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan from Indonesia and second seeds Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah of Malaysia.
They also gave a brave fight to Danish eventual runner-ups in the quarter-finals, exciting the 4000 fans who came.

We have thus seen new hope coming from the shuttlers, and this week, the Chinese Taipei Open starts and our shuttlers are taking part.

Today: Kendrick Lee defeated Lee Chen Yen 25-23, 21-8

21st June: Li Yujia/Jiang Yanmei takes on local heroines Chien Yu-Chin/Cheng Wen-Hsing. Will it be sweet revenge for Jiang/Li or will Chien/Cheng overpower them? (WD)

Kendrick Lee Yen Hui will settle for Shih Kuei-Chui, he has a good draw, so i expect a quarter-final run for him. (MS)

Hendry Saputra Kurniawan/Hendra Wijaya vs Kristof Hopp/Ingo Kindervater, will our Men's Double pair be a shocker again? Will they get into the quarter-finals again? We will see. (MD)

Li Li will play Nicole Grether. Higher chances of Li Li winning. (WS)

Hendry Saputra/Li Yujia VS Hu Chung-Shyan/Liu Shu Chih - I predict a win for our duo. They are seeded in this tournament, so much will be expected of them (MXD)

Meanwhile, if you would like to see other draws or matches, you might want to go here. It's in chinese though.

Cheers,
Pearlyn.
